Good event photography is about more than documenting that something happened. It is about capturing the atmosphere, people and moments that give an event its character, and creating images that can be used long after the event itself is over.
I approach event photography with the same journalistic eye I bring to my other work. Rather than simply recording what is happening, I look for the moments, interactions and details that tell the story of the event and give a sense of what it was like to be there.
I have experience covering a wide range of events, including conferences, meetings, talks, concerts, festivals, food events, theatre and other cultural gatherings. Whether the assignment calls for a comprehensive visual record or a smaller selection of strong images for press, social media and communication, I work discreetly and adapt to the setting.
Below you can see examples of my event photography. If you are looking for an experienced event photographer in Copenhagen or elsewhere, feel free to get in touch.
